CHOSAE Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times & Rates
United States
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 USD — estimated delivery 9–20 business days
- Free Shipping on orders of $50 USD or more
Colombia
- Standard Shipping: $3.99 USD — estimated delivery 3–7 business days
- Free Shipping on orders of $105 USD or more
Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and can vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs once your order has left our fulfillment center.
International Orders We currently ship to select countries outside the US and Colombia. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us at hello@chosae.com within 7 days so we can investigate. If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, reach out and we'll look into it with our carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) For orders shipped outside your billing country, you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
